God has led Pastor Bill to Shepherded His flock, He regularly speaks at Divine Fellowship. His focus is teaching the body of Christ to come to the fullness of Jesus Christ. He has s gift of teaching the End Times. Pastor Bill is married to Esmeralda Kachmar, President of DFM School of Ministry, 
Pastor Esmeralda Kachmar
I am a wife and mother of three handsome grown men, two beautiful daughter-in-laws, and three amazing, precious grand babies. I truly believe that I am blessed and highly favored. My husband and I are Pastors of Divine Fellowship Ministries. I am the founder of DFM School of Ministry that is solely focused on teaching and discipling the message of Jesus Christ. My desire is to equip, teach and train the students of DFM School of Ministry leading them to their God given calling. Ordaining and building ministries. I love to share my heart in conferences and I love to pour out my heart in my daily devotions. I mentor ladies weekly to walk a spiritual life with Christ. Our Church was founded 2000 with Pastor Don Crane. Distribute food over 30 churches and ministries, daily handing out free food to the community over 100 families. Serving our community with doors open on Sunday Service and all kinds of events and outreach. Reaching the lost and broken, preaching the gospel, equipping and teaching the body of Christ to their fullness in Christ. Changing the world one soul at a time.​

Divine Fellowship provides discipleship of ministry through six months of teaching, spiritual and practical training. We endeavor to present a clear understanding of your position in Christ, and the freedom He has purchased for you.
